We have 30 acres of open lots. In addition to our seasonal lots, we have Standard Tent Sites, Transient Standard Back-In 30 Amp, and Transient Standard Back-In 50 Amp.

Plus: We offer two incredible cottage rentals—our Brown Cottage and our Green Cottage. Each one can accommodate 8 to 10 guests and are carefully appointed for a family or friends’ getaway with all the amenities you need: air conditioning, wi-fi, cable, BBQ, private fire pit and more. Both have large back decks—perfect for watching the big ships go by on the river. Also: Pet-friendly!

Seasonal rates based on one family per site-Two adults and two children under the age of 18. Services included in seasonal rate: water, grey water, and mobile pump out weekly. $300.00 deposit for hydro at beginning of season if required.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to make a cancellation or change to your booking.

You may cancel your booking at least 60 days before opening day to avoid cancellation penalties. Canceling your booking between 60 days and 30 days before opening day will result in a cancellation fee of $200.00 tax included. Cancellations received within 30 days before opening day are not eligible for a refund.
