Our Downtown Dame

A landmark in the city’s downtown core, our two-storey indoor shopping mall features 250,000 square feet of space with loads of natural light. It’s home to respected retailers like It’s home to respected retailers like Shoppers Drug Mart, Coles, Indigo, Urban Planet, CLEO, Peoples Jewellers, Fairweather, Dollarama, and more. The property opened to great fanfare in 1979, and is currently undergoing a major redevelopment to refresh and renew its look and feel.

Big Plans

In August 2023, WBG proudly completed Phase I of our exciting multi-year redevelopment project, which included a complete renovation and expansion of the Food Hall, transforming it into a fresh and modern space. Since then, we’ve welcomed several new tenants, including Snaxx, a fun, new venture and Daily Chuck, a smashburger eatery, alongside familiar favorites like Tim Hortons, Wok Express, Cedars, and Sip and Scoop.
